Louisville Land Company appeals from a judgment on a verdict in favor of Alma Williams, one of its tenants, in an action for injuries she sustained from slipping and falling on a slushy sidewalk on one of the Company's residential lots.
The complaint was filed on September 7, 1959, and trial was had in the Jefferson Circuit Court on October 7, 1962. On October 13, 1962, the trial judge filed an opinion finding that Williams had not proved the causal connection between the fall and her condition of ill health. The judgment was entered on October 22, 1962. Williams filed a motion for a new trial on November 12, 1962.
